The TWB consortium has welcomed two new members: the Lyon-based start-up Bon Vivant and the Canadian industrial group Premier Tech.<\/strong>\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.toulouse-white-biotechnology.com\/app\/uploads\/2023\/03\/7e2a9485_original-scaled-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-14859\" src=\"https:\/\/www.toulouse-white-biotechnology.com\/app\/uploads\/2023\/03\/7e2a9485_original-300x200-2.jpg\" alt=\"TWB - Bioprocess Platform - Cytometry serviceice cytom\u00e9trie\" width=\"444\" height=\"296\"><\/a>\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nThe turnover includes 5.7 M\u20ac of industrial contracts (5.3 M\u20ac in 2021 and 2.9 M\u20ac in 2020) and 3.6 M\u20ac of subsidies, including 1.4 M\u20ac of ANR funding (France 2030). Industrial contracts represented 61% of the 88 projects (R&amp;D and services) &#8211; including 49 new ones &#8211; carried out by TWB in 2022.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrated offerings with Processium and Syngulon<\/h2>\n\n<p>Two new service offerings were introduced in partnerhsip with innovative start-ups from the TWB consortium\u00a0: Processium and Syngulon. This broadens the range of TWB services and enhances the integrated offerings already provided. TWB invested almost \u20ac2.5 million in equipment to diversify its services, acquire news functionalities and boost the performance of its platforms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diversyfying into new markets<\/h2>\n\n<p>TWB has capitalised on its expertise to branch out into another field of application\u00a0: ingredients, where industrial biotechnologies provide a solution to the market\u2019s needs and challenges. This expansion was achieved through two new consortium members\u00a0: Lyon-based Bon Vivant and the Canadian industrial group Premier Tech.
