After 2 years of works, the new 3300 m2 building hosts all its support services and technological platforms and currently hosts 5 start-ups. The installation of TWB has enabled the creation of a 15,000 m2 industrial biotechnology complex that is unique in France!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_12012\" style=\"width: 589px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.toulouse-white-biotechnology.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/02\/twb-vue-aerienne-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12012\" class=\"wp-image-12012\" src=\"https:\/\/www.toulouse-white-biotechnology.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/02\/twb-vue-aerienne-300x126-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"579\" height=\"243\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-12012\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong>Aerial view of the new TWB building.<\/strong> Photo credit: Cabinet Triptyque<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>A new site adapted to the growth of TWB and its activities<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At the end of January 2021, TWB completed its installation in its new premises, located at <strong>135 avenue de Rangueil in Toulouse<\/strong> on the campus of INSA. With a surface area of 3300m2 (compared to 1800m2 previously), this new building was designed to meet TWB&#8217;s needs and the diversity of its activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The site is divided into two separate buildings connected by corridors and patios<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>one, already existing, has been rehabilitated and hosts curently all the offices of the support services (direction, management, logistics, communication&#8230;) and TWB projects;<\/li>\n<li>the other has been entirely created to meet the specific needs of TWB&#8217;s technological platforms and project laboratories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With additional space, TWB plans to deploy some of its facilities and acquire new ones to provide additional services.<strong> Five start-ups are already hosted on the site. TWB has also chosen to reserve almost 15% of its space for these young companies<\/strong>, which have their own offices and laboratories at TWB and access to all common areas.
