TWB succeeded in building very rapidly an infrastructure of the highest level in the white technology field and in consolidating a consortium of academic and industrial partners. The panel recognized that TWB has<\/p>\n\n<strong>already almost fulfilled all of its objectives<\/strong>\n\n<p>.\u201d\r\nThe steering committee however associates itself with the panel\u2019s recommendations.
