Facing a jury of experts (mainly composed of investors), the five start-ups made their pitch in 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.toulouse-white-biotechnology.com\/app\/uploads\/2019\/02\/twb-award-2019-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7885 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.toulouse-white-biotechnology.com\/app\/uploads\/2019\/02\/twb-award-2019-300x300-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\"><\/a>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\r\nAnd the English start-up, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempeasy.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TempEasy<\/a>, won!<\/strong>\r\nIn offering their Vegan food products, which plug the gap of any possible protein and vitamin deficiencies, this start-up is fighting malnutrition. A true meat alternative, their innovation uses tempeh; a traditional product originating from Indonesia which is the result of a fermentation process; to produce food products with an exceptionally rich nutritional value.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the overall winner of the competition, TempEasy will benefit from 4 months of services of the technological platforms of TWB, plus scientific and business support for their project.
