Strain engineering

The platform is composed of a fleet of robots and high-throughput equipment that automate several key steps and provide solutions to accelerate screening operations and variant generation. The service conducts genetic and metabolic engineering projects, as well as synthetic biology, across a wide range of microbial domains: bacteria, fungi, microalgae, and yeasts, including both conventional and non-conventional chassis.

Bioprocesses

Thanks to a fleet of instrumented conventional bioreactors ranging from 1 mL to 300 L, combined with automated systems enabling parallel fermentation and micro-fermentation, this service allows the study, design, and optimization of enzymatic and microbial processes (pure cultures or consortia).
