TWB START-UP DAY, 3 FEB 2022
The 5th edition of the TWB START-UP DAY “Microorganisms: the next frontier” will be held on 3 February 2022, in Toulouse (TBS premises), France. The program of the day will consist in keynotes, two thematic sessions: “Cell based products” & “Microbiota”, two pitch contests (TWB Awards 2022) and BtoB meetings to build partnerships between the key players and experts from the biotech start-up business ecosytem.

This event aims to bring together in the field of industrial biotechnologies: start-uppers working for an ecoresponsable industry and seeking to expand their business activity, entrepreneurs wishing to develop an innovation, investors and industrials looking for disruptive solutions and all the international stakeholders in this field. The previous editions brought together 200 attendees from more than 10 countries with some 40 start-up companies.
TWB Awards 2022
The event will host two pitch contests to promote entrepreneurship:
– « Fast track it! » dedicated to established start-ups developing their technologies (8 years old or less of activity)
Price: technical services on TWB platforms valued at €50,000 as well as participation opportunities within IAR (The French Bioeconomy cluster) community
– « Go for it! » dedicated to entrepreneurs in the final stage of the ideation (start-up in progress or project of creation)
Price: mentoring services, equivalent to four days, provided by TWB and its ecosystem, and by The French Tech Toulouse and ShakeUpFactory.
The day before the 5th edition of TWB® START-UP DAY (2 Feb. 2022) will be dedicated to start-uppers and entrepreneurs who apply (exchange opportunities with business and scientific experts & exclusive visit of TWB new premises).New for all the applicants
